IBF, as one of the oldest spiritual shelters in Geneva which opens its doors to those who seek the refuge in Dhamma, has been delivering its services for nearly 30 years with very limited resources. With the increasing number of spiritual guidance seekers, IBF has felt the necessity of moving to a modest spacious place for the continuance of its benevolent services to the needy. With careful thought on the matter, IBF, in September 2019 created a Building Fund Task Force (Project Team) to come up with a solution to this important issue. The Project Team, in line with the objectives of IBF, as contained its Rules of Procedure, formulated under the IBF Constitution and applicable Swiss Law, is taking the initiative to buy a residence or build a temple on a bare land in Geneva with the aim of catering for all the people who aspire to benefit from a spiritually blossomed space. This initiative can become a victory only if all of us sponsor and support this wholesome activity, keeping in mind that this is an opportunity for us to gain a merit (Kusal) in achieving the liberation in this Samsara.
